Unexamined life would also means "living a life without goals to reach". It's like walking on an endless path without even knowing where to go, or what to do. Most of the people who didn't plan their lives are usually on the wrong path. People often got things confused about examining their life. One just has to be herself/himself because knowing yourself can be hard work but it is actually less stressful. Knowing yourself is the key to take control of your life. When you know yourself that well, then you have plans what to do, what to achieve, and what you want to be in the future. Just have some time to think about your life, and it would be a great start. Getting started is a lot of hard work but once you had started, then all your plans will fall on their respected place. You are the one who'll choose your path to walk through, it is your choice. Just come to think a plan for your life, work on it, use a little of effort and perseverance, and start becoming the person you want to be.

Me, Myself & I

Life is stressful, that's why most of the people keep working and working until they don't have time to relax. But it's actually wrong because even a person's mind and body need to rest in order to function properly. How are you going to plan everything if your mind is not on a good state? Just have some time to relax, and focus on what you are doing and what you want to achieve, and later on, success will follow. Only when you learn to relax and bring balance to your life will you be truly successful.

Relaxation

Next, knows the importance of focusing on your work because it is the driving force in everything we do and everything we achieve. Don't forget to include you, as a person in your plan because people are actually vulnerable during stressful stage.

Focus

It takes relaxation--and focus--to create and understand the balance in our lives. Relaxation and Focus are absolutely essential to the process of defining, seeking, and attaining our goals. In other words, without relaxation and focus there is no success.
