Just imagine what you could accomplish if you could simply get yourself follow through on your best intentions no matter what. Do what your mind tells you! If you intent to do something, go for it! New years have come, and will come ahead in the future. This is a great time to start living a purposeful, but disciplined life. It may sounds like a hard thing to do, but it is as easy as counting 1 2 3. Just do what your mind tells you, and your body will follow. Best result comes with determination. The more discipline you become, the easier life gets.
According to an article I have read, there is said to be five pillars of self-discipline that can help us to become a better and disciplined person. Just remember the acronym “A WHIP,” which stands; Acceptance, Willpower, Hard work, Industry and, Persistence.
It is also a good thing if you know what you want, and what you want to achieve because when building self-discipline, you also get the benefit of the work you have done, so that’s even better. Remember self-discipline is like a muscle. The more you train it, the stronger you become. The less you train it, the weaker you become. – By an anonymous writer.
