Self-discipline was not a new idea for all of us. We hear those words almost everywhere, but have you ever wondered what self-discipline means? Or have you ever thought about having a discipline life? Discipline is not a lesson that a person can learn in School, it is acquire within one self through several practices. It is the ability to get yourself take action regardless of your emotional state. It is developed personally which help us solve serious and important problems. Self-discipline can empower us to overcome any addiction and even to lose weight. Discipline is healthy! Just imagine what you could accomplish if you could simply get yourself follow through on your best intentions no matter what. Do what your mind tells you! If you intent to do something, go for it! Follow where your intentions lead you, and you’ll be good.

New years have come, and will come ahead in the future. This is a great time to start living a purposeful, but disciplined life. It may sounds like a hard thing to do, but it is as easy as counting 1 2 3. Just do what your mind tells you, and your body will follow. Best result comes with determination. The more discipline you become, the easier life gets.
According to an article I have read, there is said to be five pillars of self-discipline that can help us to become a better and disciplined person. Just remember the acronym “A WHIP,” which stands; Acceptance, Willpower, Hard work, Industry and, Persistence.
It is also a good thing if you know what you want, and what you want to achieve because when building self-discipline, you also get the benefit of the work you have done, so that’s even better. Remember self-discipline is like a muscle. The more you train it, the stronger you become. The less you train it, the weaker you become. – By an anonymous writer.
